Job Requirement

  • Develop and execute targeted lead generation strategies to attract new business and grow the sales pipeline.
  • Identify key industry verticals and customer segments that align with our ERP solutions.
  • Continuously optimize lead generation processes to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Utilize various channels such as email, cold calling, LinkedIn, social media, events, and industry conferences to identify and connect with decision-makers and potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent outreach cadence to ensure regular touchpoints with prospects.
  • Conduct initial qualification calls and determine whether leads are a good fit for the ERP solution offering.
  • Qualify inbound leads and assess their needs to determine potential sales opportunities.
  • Nurture and build relationships with potential leads over time, guiding them through the buyer’s journey.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads and align on key messaging.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop compelling content and messaging to engage prospects.
  • Share market insights, customer feedback, and data trends to continuously improve lead generation campaigns.
  • Contribute to the creation of lead generation materials, including email templates, case studies, and presentations.
  • Maintain and update lead and prospect data in CRM tools ensuring accurate and timely records of outreach, engagement, and pipeline status.
  • Generate regular reports on lead generation activities, KPIs, and performance to provide insights to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and ERP solution offerings.
  • Use research to identify new potential markets, opportunities, and innovative ways to engage leads.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development within the ERP, SaaS, or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of ERP solutions, their benefits, and key market segments.
  • Experience generating leads through various channels (email campaigns, cold calling, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to effectively engage and build relationships with decision-makers at all levels.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for driving results and achieving targets.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
