Sales & Marketing Freshers – Inside Sales

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Inside Sales Executive to join our team, with a focus on promoting Microsoft and SAP solutions. Profile: ERP Sales / Solution Sales (Domestic + International Market)

Responsibilities:

  • Database Creation & Lead Generation: Build and manage a comprehensive database of potential clients using data mining techniques to generate high-quality leads for Microsoft and SAP solutions.
  • Lead Identification & Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads through a mix of inbound and outbound activities, including cold calling, email outreach, online research, and networking.
  • Lead Qualification & Solution Alignment: Engage with leads to understand their business challenges, qualify prospects, and align their needs with the right Microsoft and SAP solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with Microsoft and SAP product offerings, understanding key features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate with potential customers.
  • Marketing Platform Exposure: Gain hands-on experience with various marketing platforms such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, social media, and sales tools to optimize outreach and engagement strategies.
  • Campaign Execution & Support: Assist in executing, monitoring, and analyzing marketing campaigns across email, social media, webinars, etc., to drive inbound leads and improve the market visibility of Microsoft and SAP solutions.
  • Prospecting & Outreach: Research and identify target customers within assigned industry segments, generating new leads through outreach methods like phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Lead Nurturing & Education: Educate and engage potential customers by presenting the value of Microsoft and SAP solutions, addressing their specific business needs and building strong relationships.
  • Lead Generation Pipeline Management: Effectively manage and maintain a lead generation pipeline, ensuring that leads are tracked, nurtured, and seamlessly transitioned through the sales process.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with prospects and clients.
  • Strong research skills to identify leads and analyze customer needs, trends, and industry insights.
  • Ability to create compelling presentations and sales pitches that engage potential customers and clearly demonstrate value.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), and email marketing techniques to drive lead generation.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software to track and manage leads, ensuring smooth sales operations.
  • Ability to analyze data, track key performance indicators, and derive actionable insights to improve sales strategies.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity in content creation and marketing initiatives.
  • Motivated to achieve sales and marketing goals with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both sales and marketing teams to achieve overall business objectives.
