D365 SCM Functional Consultant

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Location: Ahmedabad / WFH / Hybrid

Reponsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze supply chain business requirements.
  • Lead and deliver D365 FO end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications within the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) environment.
  • Configure D365 SCM modules including procurement and sourcing, inventory management, warehouse management, product information management, and production control.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for customization and integration activities.
  • Participate in the full lifecycle of implementation projects including discovery, design, build, testing, training, and go-live support.
  • Deliver end-user training and support post-implementation.
  • Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing D365 implementations.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices.
  • Ensure solutions meet business objectives and D365 standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management / D365 F&O.
  • In-depth understanding of supply chain processes such as procurement, inventory, logistics, manufacturing, and warehouse management.
  • Strong knowledge of configuration and implementation of D365 SCM modules.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with lifecycle services (LCS), DevOps, and business process modeling.
  • Ability to write functional specifications and work with technical teams on custom development.
  • Certification in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is a plus.
