Reponsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze supply chain business requirements.
- Lead and deliver D365 FO end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications within the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) environment.
- Configure D365 SCM modules including procurement and sourcing, inventory management, warehouse management, product information management, and production control.
- Collaborate with technical teams for customization and integration activities.
- Participate in the full lifecycle of implementation projects including discovery, design, build, testing, training, and go-live support.
- Deliver end-user training and support post-implementation.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing D365 implementations.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices.
- Ensure solutions meet business objectives and D365 standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management / D365 F&O.
- In-depth understanding of supply chain processes such as procurement, inventory, logistics, manufacturing, and warehouse management.
- Strong knowledge of configuration and implementation of D365 SCM modules.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with lifecycle services (LCS), DevOps, and business process modeling.
- Ability to write functional specifications and work with technical teams on custom development.
- Certification in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is a plus.
