Inside Sales Executive (Freshers can apply)

Profile: Inbound Lead Follow-up & Outbound cold calls and emails (Domestic + International Market)
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 1+ yrs
(IT/ Software Industry preferred)
Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate quality leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns and social media outreach.
  • Manage LinkedIn campaigns and utilize sales tools for effective lead generation.
  • Follow up on inbound email and telephone inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Conduct upselling and cross-selling activities to existing customers, promoting additional products or services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ products to effectively position our offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective customers, clearly communicating the value proposition of our products or services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and identify potential leads and partnership opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and potential areas for business expansion.
  • Demonstrate strong content writing skills.
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

Candidate Requirement:

  • Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably in both B2B and B2C environments.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive approach to sales and lead generation.
  • Willingness to commit to service agreement.
