HR Executive & Recruiter

Job Description

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely closure of positions.
  • Publishing job ads on multiple platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, company website).
  • Reviewing resumes, conducting initial screening calls, and shortlisting candidates for interviews.
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Discussing offers to selected candidates, handling negotiations on salary and benefits.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding for new employees, including document verification, letter preparation, and induction schedule.
  • Conduct engaging HR induction sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, culture, and expectations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Monitor and manage employee attendance, leaves, and absenteeism, ensuring accurate data entry in HRIS.
  • Address employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and HR processes.
  • Assist with review meetings, employee engagement initiatives, and other HR-related activities.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in Talent Acquisition, HR documentation, and employee management.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in documentation and HR processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and efficiency.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, legal compliance, and best practices.
  • Strong work ethics, professionalism, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Readiness for service commitment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with HRIS and other HR tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
