Profile: ERP Sales / Solution Sales (Domestic + International Market)
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 0 – 1 years (IT/ Software Industry preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads within the Microsoft and SAP ERP ecosystem (prospects in various industries).
- Utilize tools like LinkedIn, CRMs, databases, and market research to identify decision-makers and influencers.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media engagement, and webinars.
- Qualify leads through effective questioning, needs analysis, and understanding of the client’s business requirements.
- Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Provide support to Senior Sales Representatives by managing lead lists and assisting in follow-up activities.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and ensure follow-up in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure proper lead handoff and follow-up processes.
- Assist in improving outreach scripts, email templates, and sales presentations.
- Use CRM tools to track interactions with leads, update lead status, and monitor progress.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead generation metrics.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Basic understanding of ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics and SAP.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation and problem-solving.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Comfortable with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Readiness for service agreement
