Lead Generation Executive 

Profile: ERP Sales / Solution Sales (Domestic + International Market)
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 0 – 1 years
 (IT/ Software Industry preferred)
Job Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads within the Microsoft and SAP ERP ecosystem (prospects in various industries).
  • Utilize tools like LinkedIn, CRMs, databases, and market research to identify decision-makers and influencers.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media engagement, and webinars.
  • Qualify leads through effective questioning, needs analysis, and understanding of the client’s business requirements.
  • Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Provide support to Senior Sales Representatives by managing lead lists and assisting in follow-up activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and ensure follow-up in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure proper lead handoff and follow-up processes.
  • Assist in improving outreach scripts, email templates, and sales presentations.
  • Use CRM tools to track interactions with leads, update lead status, and monitor progress.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead generation metrics.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics and SAP.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation and problem-solving.
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Comfortable with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Readiness for service agreement
