Microsoft CRM: Functional Consultant

Experience : 3 to 5 years

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business processes, workflows, and requirements.
  • Document functional requirements and translate them into system specifications.
  • Conduct workshops and interviews with users to capture functional requirements.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for Dynamics CRM configuration and customization based on business needs.
  • Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business rules in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Design and implement workflows, automation processes, and business process flows.
  • Configure the Dynamics CRM platform to meet the organization’s specific needs.
  • Implement customizations including forms, reports, fields, and dashboards.
  • Integrate Dynamics CRM with other systems and platforms as needed.
  • Assist in data mapping, migration, and cleansing from legacy systems to Dynamics CRM.
  • Develop test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Resolve any functional issues identified during testing phases.
  • Provide end-user training sessions to ensure successful CRM adoption.
  • Assist in defining project scope, timeline, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintain project documentation and keep stakeholders informed on progress.
  • Stay current on Dynamics CRM product updates, features, and best practices.
  • Provide recommendations for system improvements based on business feedback and performance.

Candidate Profile:

  • 3-5 years of experience working as a functional consultant with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365 preferred).
  • Proven track record of delivering successful CRM implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM modules, such as Sales, Marketing, Service, and Customer Insights.
  • Good understanding of reporting tools like Power BI and Dynamics CRM reporting.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage expectations
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to see the bigger picture.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Experience in Dynamics 365 CRM Functional in the Below Areas

  • Complete process flow understanding and experience in key areas Sales, Marketing , Case Management, Project and Field service.
  • End to end Implementation experience as an Implementation Consultant is highly preferred
  • Additional experience with the new technologies like Power Apps, Power BI, Microsoft Flow.
